is custom printed and fulfilled by our
trusted partner Printful. Here is
everything you need to know about
shipping your order.

PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are custom printed on demand
- Production time is 2-5 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email
when your order goes to print
- You will receive a tracking number
when your order ships

SHIPPING TIMES
After production your order ships via:

UNITED STATES:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery
times may vary due to carrier delays
customs processing or peak seasons.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $75
- Express Shipping: $14.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to most countries worldwide
- International customers are responsible
for customs duties and import taxes
- We are not responsible for customs delays

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You will receive a tracking number
via email once your order ships
- Track your order at

- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update

SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address
is correct at checkout
- We cannot redirect packages once shipped
- We are not responsible for packages
delivered to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your package is lost in transit
contact us within 30 days of order date
- If your package arrives damaged
contact us within 7 days with photos
- We will work with Printful to resolve
all shipping issues promptly

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
- During peak seasons processing and
shipping times may be longer
- We recommend ordering at least
3 weeks before major holidays
